EDITOR - It was very exciting to hear that there would be uniform park fees where EAC residents or citizens will pay $1 to visit any national park in Tanzania per day.
There was a time when there was conteplation of uniform passports for East Africans as part of the federation strategy. well that was then!
But now is the question: how do we know who a citizen of the region is? How shall we be able to tell? Is there any form of identification that is in the process of being made?
